Join our established, rapidly expanding fulfillment operations as a Management Trainee. This opportunity is perfect for recent graduates or anyone looking to jump-start a career in e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse operations, or the broader supply chain industry.
Trainees will undergo comprehensive, hands-on training across various functions, starting with core operations such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and reverse logistics.

Initial 3+ months: Rotational training and development - familiarize with all aspects of fulfillment center/warehouse operations, and then independently handle related tasks. *Note: Compensation offered during training, however the posted salary range is for post-training. Training is equivalent to a 40 hour/week full time job.
Subsequently: Specialization, permanent placement into a role and department (based on business needs, your performance, and your preferences taken into consideration).
Goal of the program: Fast track advancement to a supervisory role.
