Eagle County School District is seeking a dedicated leader to oversee our Transportation Department! This role is essential in ensuring safe, efficient, and effective student transportation across our beautiful mountain communities.

📍 Location: Eagle County, CO
💰 Salary: $93,208 - $111,850 per year
📆 Contract Length: 260 days

What You'll Do:

✔️ Manage transportation operations & fleet maintenance
✔️ Oversee routing, scheduling, & emergency response plans
✔️ Lead hiring, training, and staff development
✔️ Ensure compliance with state & federal regulations
✔️ Serve as a key resource for students, families, and the community

What We're Looking For:

✔️ Leadership experience in transportation or a related field
✔️ Strong organizational & problem-solving skills
✔️ Knowledge of DOT, CDL, and Colorado transportation regulations
✔️ Passion for supporting students & the education system
