Center Operations Director
Center Director
Lead with Vision. Grow with Support. Change Education
Location: Axiom Learning – Boston MA Area
Full-Time | Growth-Oriented | Mission-Driven
Are you a natural leader who thrives on responsibility, hates inefficiency, and wants your work to mean something? At Axiom Learning, we’re rethinking education—and we’re looking for a Center Director who’s ready to grow fast, lead with purpose, and make a real difference in students’ lives.
This isn’t an “entry-level manager” job. You’ll own the success of a center, mentor a team, support students, and build meaningful relationships with families and schools. But you won’t do it alone. You’ll join a network of Center Directors, be supported by senior leadership, and receive training in our groundbreaking programs—so you can grow into the role with confidence.
What You’ll Do (With Training + Support):
Lead daily operations of your center to ensure an excellent student experience.
Coach and manage a faculty team, with ongoing guidance from regional leadership.
Work hands-on with students: conduct assessments and help match them with custom learning programs.
Manage client relationships and collaborate with parents, teachers, and school partners.
Support outreach and community-building—not cold sales, but connecting your center to the families who need us most.
Implement our LEAP Program (you’ll be fully trained) to help kids with ADHD, dyslexia, executive functioning, and anxiety.
What You’ll Gain:
Leadership experience with real decision-making authority from Day 1.
Mentorship and team structure—you’ll be trained, supported, and part of a community of leaders.
Mastery in educational innovation, neuropsychology-based interventions, and client development.
A mission-driven environment where you can make a meaningful difference and grow your career fast.
You’ll Thrive If You Are:
Excited to lead, learn, and grow quickly into a larger role.
Naturally organized and take pride in running efficient systems.
A strong communicator who connects easily with parents, staff, and students.
Comfortable balancing tasks across people, process, and performance.
Motivated by impact and hungry for a career that blends business and purpose.
Requirements:
B.A. or B.S. degree required
Background in education, leadership, or client-facing roles preferred
Strong math (Algebra II) and English language arts skills
Confidence, adaptability, and a commitment to learning fast
Availability: Monday–Friday (Fall/Spring: 11am–7pm | Summer: 8am–5pm) with one weekend/month on-call rotation
You’ll lead. We’ll train. Together, we’ll transform education.
Join a team that believes kids deserve more than cookie-cutter learning—and leaders deserve more than burnout.
