Retail Operations Intern Fall
About the role: We are looking for a highly organized, detail oriented retail operations intern to join the team this Summer. As the Retail Operations Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to work directly with our founder on the management of supply chain logistics, and wholesale and retail operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of the Modern Picnic wholesale program. Current partners include Saks, Bloomingdales, Nordstrom The Container Store, Anthropologie, Maisonette + more!
- Pitch innovative ways to enhance, develop and grow the program, and outreach to new potential wholesale partners.
- Assist in the execution of any new or scheduled wholesale partnerships.
- Compile data to analyze and report on past + future wholesale partnerships to determine which partners are most successful
- Track and help drive completion of key deliverables, and follow up on outstanding items
- Perform research and competitive analysis for new projects
You:
- Have outstanding interpersonal communication skills and excellent written/verbal skills
- Are detail oriented and are able to remain highly organized in a fast-paced startup environment
- Are a problem solver with strong decision making skills
- Are self-motivated and have a strong work ethic
- Have strong analytical skills and enjoy doing research
Other:
- Must be able to commit to 3 days/week
- Unpaid internship. Credit available upon request
- Must be able to work remotely
