Bay Area Logistics Support Lead: This individual will work with a nonprofit team for a powerful, community-rooted retreat series in the Bay Area this fall and winter. This short-term, paid role is perfect for someone with experience in admin support, event coordination, hospitality, or operations—especially someone who thrives behind the scenes, stays calm under pressure, and has a knack for making things run smoothly. Deep familiarity with Bay Area neighborhoods, venues, transportation, and local logistics is essential. The Logistics Support Lead will play a key role in preparing for and supporting our November Weekend Retreat and a one-day Capstone Session in February or March, handling venue coordination, vendor communication, space setup, and onsite support for facilitators and participants.
