Project Development Supervisor (PAS6)

Vancouver, WA – Southwest Region

$80,820 – $108,780 Annually

Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking a skilled Property and Acquisition Specialist 6 to serve as the Project Development Supervisor in Vancouver, WA. As Project Development Supervisor, this position trains, mentors, and supervises both the appraisal and title/escrow staff for the Southwest Region and is responsible for project development of the right of way phase. This position is relied upon to be the subject matter expert for all things related to all right of way activities, including an expert in Federal and State rules pertaining to property appraisal, project funding, title and escrow, and management. As project development supervisor, directs staff in property research and valuation on a broad-spectrum real estate transaction and is responsible for successful project delivery, in accordance with current FHWA regulations (49 CFR Part 24), as well as the technical aspects of appraisal and title research.
