Align was very flexible with their hours and they put a lot of effort into making sure the interns felt comfortable and welcomed. There were many opportunities to network and connect with others within my field.
What I wish was different
I wish the work I did was more impactful to the company. At times, I felt that I was just doing homework assignments.
Advice
Start networking right away and make the most of the experience.
