Reviews

Baseball Committee and Sales Team Member

May 2021 Washington, DC
“Every person I've worked with at the BFAOV Foundation has taken the initiative to share their knowledge with me while also encouraging me to bring my own ideas to the table. I've been able to work on a variety of projects, in both leadership and supporting roles, that have simultaneously sharpened my skills in the (remote) workplace and allowed me to passionately explore avenues that can help a cause I believe in. I can take pride in the work I do on behalf of the BFAOV Foundation, and the support I've received from everybody I've worked with has made this internship a wonderful one.”

Baseball Relations & Education Intern

May 2021 Lincoln, NE
“The foundation places a lot of emphasis on only doing work that you enjoy and interests you, and will ensure that you find opportunities to do work that you like. The internship is very flexible and gives you a chance to choose how many projects you help with. Committee leaders are all extremely helpful, welcoming and encouraging. The work is really meaningful as well, and you’ll learn a lot about the history between the military and baseball, and the sacrifices our service members make.”
