You get to work with amazing clients and meet people from all different backgrounds. The staff is dedicated to promoting the wellbeing of the clients they work with. The clients are a wonderful population of people and are fun and fascinating to talk to.

COTS as an organization needs more funding
Advice
The work can be physically and emotionally difficult, but very rewarding. You will encounter situations that are very taxing regularly. Be kind and generous to the clients, remember their names, and ask them about their lives and remember the details that they tell you.
