What I liked
I liked how the hours were flexible which helps out when I’m taking courses over the summer or even during school. They also try to find better ways to take care of the residents while trying to avoid putting a lot of pressure on the workers.
What I wish was different
The delivery system during COVID was flawed, but it was difficult trying to make all the residents happy when there’s different opinions.
Advice
It definitely gives experience with the elderly population and you have to have patience with them
