I loved working in a small startup environment. I did projects for Regulatory Affairs as well as Clinical Trials, which was extremely important for someone like me who does not know exactly what career we want to pursue. I learned a lot about the process of medical device regulation and gained valuable interpersonal skills.

Write a summary of all of your projects at the end of the summer It's a great way to catalog what you learned and useful for resumes, letters of reference, and future interviews.
