I loved the hands-on and interactive experience. We were in court, in trial every day, and would subsequently write the court orders to be published in the judicial system. The ability to actually impact the cases we worked with and get some experience with legal writing was awesome.
What I wish was different
Nothing. Judge Manning and all of his staff are awesome.
Advice
Be ready to learn and be wrong about what you know about the law. Additionally, be ready to be a good listener and work to pay attention for long hours.
