The job was not solely social media, I was involved in so much more. I learned how to use photoshop, how to create a social media campaigns, and the basics behind SEO (search engine optimization). As well as expanding my technological skills, I learned better communication skills through writing emails and was able to first hand experience and help with the creation of Devin's new cookbook! Everyone working was friendly and motivated, and overall an amazing learning experience. Devin is a great mentor.
What I wish was different
I wish I could've been provided with gas money, but otherwise amazing experience!
Advice
When applying to this job I though it would be a long shot because I never have had an internship before, but I put myself out there and ended up having an incredible learning experience that will better my future. Apply to all jobs even if you think they are out of reach!!
