The purpose of the food bank in general is what made we want to intern there. I wanted to be able to educate low income individuals and their families the importance of nutrition and how to avoid food insecurity.
What I wish was different
I hope that the workers were more trained. I also feel like some of the classes aren't as organized as they should be.
Advice
I think that if you really want to work here or intern here, I would find the things that need to be organized and take the initiative to do so.
