I had the opportunity to complete hands-on work related to my major. My supervisor provided extensive training on all projects I was tasked with, and then allowed me to manage my time and prioritize on my own. Some things I worked on:
-Screening, interviewing, and assessing applicants for various positions
-Creating job postings for various departments
-Serving as a search committee member for multiple searches
-Attending meetings with search committee members
